The System of Care Program (SOC) focuses on providing mental health services and support to children and youth 21 years old and younger, who are experiencing or may be at-risk of developing severe emotional challenges. Support and resources are also available for families. SOC aims to improve mental health outcomes for children and youth through core values founded on family-driven, youth-guided, strengths-based, community-based, and culturally and linguistically competent practices.
SOC services are available on Saipan, Rota, and Tinian. Residents on Tinian may call the Saipan office to inquire about services.
