Primary care means going to the doctor not just when you are feeling unwell, but regularly for checkups and monitoring of any chronic health conditions. The outpatient clinics at the CHCC provide primary care services to the families of the CNMI.

Family Care Clinic

The Family Care Clinic (FCC) is the primary care outpatient clinic for adults.

Women’s Clinic

The CHCC’s Women’s Clinic provides care for women of all ages, including family planning services.

Children’s Clinic

The CHCC Children's Clinic provides primary care services and treatment for illness and injury to children and teens under 18 years old.

Other Primary Care Services

Dental

The CHCC Oral Health Program and Dental Clinic works to improve oral health in the CNMI through prevention and curative services.

Immunization

The Immunization Program aims to prevent the introduction and spread of vaccine preventable communicable diseases.

Mobile Clinic

The CHCC Mobile Clinic operates as an extension of the CHCC outpatient clinics and works to send primary and preventive health services directly to the community.
